We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards issued in India. MUZICKART processes all popular international credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout; you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). 


11) How to pay through a debit card?

We accept debit cards issued by all banks in India. MUZICKART cannot currently process international debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

20) What about the safety of the product during shipping?

We use the following materials to ensure shipping safety:

Further, all instruments shipped from Muzickart.com come with free transit insurance. In a rare event if your musical instrument gets damaged during transit, you are entitled to a replacement as per the replacement policy. Please go through the Shipping & Delivery terms and conditions.


21) What Terms & Conditions Apply To e-Gift CERTIFICATEs?

  • The Muzickart.com e-Gift certificate (“e-GC”) can only be redeemed on the muzickart.com website.

  • e-GCs cannot be used to purchase other e-GCs.

  • One e-GCs can be redeemed against an order.

  • e-GCs can also be clubbed with applicable MUZICKART.com promotional codes.

  • If the order value exceeds the e-GC amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / ATM Card/NEFT/RTGS.

  If the order value is less than the amount of the e-GC, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under e-GC balance in the My Account   section.

  1.         e-GCs and unused portions of e-GCs expire 1 year from the date of issue.

  2.         e-GCs cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit BUT ARE transferable.

  3.         MUZICKART.com is not responsible if an e-GC is lost, stolen or used without permission.


22) What about Buying / Gifting An e-Gift CERTIFICATE ?

  • Enter the amount for the e- GIFT CERTIFICATE you'd like to purchase then click "Proceed to pay".

  • The sidebar will now have the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / ATM Card / Net banking.

  •  Proceed to pay through your preferred choice, or if you need to make any changes to the value, you can always click "Edit" to modify it.

  • Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email containing the e- GIFT CERTIFICATE details.


23) How Do I Pay By An e-Gift Certificate?

Your amount corresponding to the e- GIFT CERTIFICATE will be adjusted/redeemed at the time of purchase from the MUZICKART portal.


24) What about rates updation?

Sometimes rates of different musical instruments are not updated, though we do our best to provide you with latest rates on our web portal, but still these rates are subject to change depending on the various market factors and conditions. We assure that we quote you the best price across INDIA. Make sure to use CALL US feature to contact us directly for more details. If somehow you find price lower than ours than get us the same in written from the respective seller, we would definitely try to provide you with the possible best deal.


25) What about schemes and offers on various musical instruments & complimentary accessories along with Guitars, keyboards etc. ?

The offers and schemes which are available with us are usually published on the portal and they keep varying from time to time. It might be possible that certain accessory item you may be offered during a particular time in a year or during some festival season for the promotion purpose, the same scheme or offer is not applicable whole year. We recommend you that while you place your order on our site, do get in touch with the support team to know about the current status of ongoing schemes/ offers if any, So that if there is some ongoing scheme, then we can let you know accordingly. Generally, we do provide basic accessories a like plectrums and Guitar bag as complimentory gift along with Guitars but that too depends on the gift stock and festival season/ occassion. The scheme/s varies across various categories.


26) What about the color, shade, shape or engraving on the handicraft musical instruments like tabla, Harmonium etc. Do we get exactly the same engraving apart from technical specification which has been shown on the website ?

MUZICKART team ensures to provide you with the same product that you have purchased from our website. But, yes at times it might be possible that exactly same product with same design, color, shade or engraving is not available everytime. Though we gaurantee you to provide us with the product which will be having same technical specification as provided by you at the time of order placement. It is due to the fact that handicraft industry is not an organized sector and we source goods directly from the craftsmen. If the time line permits then in case of unavailability, we may provide you with the exactly same product design and color which you have seen on our website, in that case the order processing may take upto two to three weeks. Most of the products which are published are the part of running stock and so there availability status and stock keeps changing from time to time. Still, we do make sure that you get what you order with us. For this reason, we have instructed our support team to provide you with all the images of the prevailing in stock product either on mail or whatsapp as per customer ease. So, that before order finalisation and confirmation, you can get confidence on your purchase. In case, at any point of time, if you feel doubtful, then do get in touch with our team on our helpline numbers.

27) Is Muzickart a Marketplace or a direct retailor or supplier ?

MUZICKART is a Direct retailor, wholesaler, exporter and supplier of musical instruments. We are registered under U.P. Sales tax department as M/s Harsh Enterprises. We bill directly to all our customers as per the UP VAT rules and regulations. All the prices mentioned on MUZICKART are inclusive of Shipping charges and VAT (and other related taxes) as applicable per UPVAT Sales Tax department. Hence, any product purchased through the MUZICKART website is covered under due warranty as per the manufacturers terms and conditions. We do not work on marketplace model. It should be noted that warranty terms and conditions are not applicable on the electronic equipements purchased from marketplaces (specifically musical keyboards and other Music related electronic accessories). We are authorised Yamaha, Casio and Korg Dealer. Hence, our bills are valid for warranty. CASIO provides three year warranty on all its musical keyboards, YAMAHA Provides 1 year warranty and Korg provides 1 Year warranty. 

28) What about after-sales service of electronic (Branded) equipments/ products?

MUZICKART is an authorised YAMAHA, CASIO and KORG Dealer. Hence, the invoice generated at the time of order are applicable for the services as mentioned under the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer. In case, if you face any issue with the product, then warranty terms are applicable as described in the manual which will be provided to you with the product. You can get your music gear/ product serviced at the authorised service centers located at various location nearby to your place.

29) What is the difference between MUZICKART and other marketplaces ?

MUZICKART is not a marketplace like other popular web portal. We are direct seller. MUZICKART procures the product for the clients directly from the craftsmen in case if the product belongs to handmade Indian (indigeneuos) musical instrument category and in case of branded products we source directly from proper company distribution channel. We do not source from normal vendors located locally. Moreover, Marketplace does not provide any warranty or gaurantee as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions. All the purchases made are solely at buyer's risk. But, we as a direct retailor provide you with due warranty depending on the product that you buy from us. Hence, you get assurance and confidence on every single purchase.
